Edit a Ticket

When editing a Ticket, all fields can be changed, including the ticket status, and the attachment can be deleted and replaced. To Edit a Ticket in the Deploy Console:

1. Select the Tickets View tab on the top menu bar.

2. Select a Ticket Report from the list.

3. Click the TICKET ACTIONS button, then select EDIT from the drop-down menu.

4. Make any changes to the Ticket.

5. Click SAVE.

The Ticket has now been updated to reflect the changes made.
