# Assign Ticket (To a User)

A Ticket can be assigned to one or multiple users.&#x20;

To Assign a Ticket to a User:

1\. Select the **Tickets** View.

2\. Select a **Ticket** from the **Incoming Ticket Report** List.

3\. Click the **Ticket Actions** button, then select **Edit Ticket** from the drop-down menu.

4\. Click **ADD** (or **EDIT** if the Ticket is already assigned to a user).

5\. Select a **User(s)** from the list to assign the Ticket(s) to.&#x20;

To select more than one user use control + click or shift + click (cmd + click for mac).

6\. Click the **ASSIGN TO SELECTED USERS** button.&#x20;

7\. Click **SAVE**.

The Ticket is now assigned to a one or more Users.
