Schedule an Uninstall

The steps for this are similar to Uninstall an Application From a Group of Computers, the only difference being it is scheduled for a later time (not uninstalled instantly) using the OPTIONS feature to set the Schedule.
1. Select the Control Grid tab on the top menu bar.
2. Navigate to the Applications tab.
3. Enable View Search and Filter in the Grid Options drop-down list (Blue is enabled, gray is disabled).
4. Next, filter the computers by Group Name, enter a name to filter the results by in search field under the Group Name header.
When filtering out Group Names, use one of the following options to limit the results Contains, Does not contain, Starts with, Ends with, Equals, Does not equal. There is also a Reset option to clear the filter criteria.
5. Enter the name of the application to uninstall in the Search field next to the Grid Options, Pidgin in this example.
6. The Pidgin application field will now appear in the grid; click on the header name Pidgin. The ACTION TOOLBAR will now be displayed.
7. Click on the red UNINSTALL ALL button.
8. Click the OPTIONS button on the confirmation popup.
10. Set the conditions for the uninstall if required.
12. Click the SCHEDULE button.
Multiple applications will now be scheduled to be uninstalled from a group of computers.
To cancel a scheduled task, navigate to the Task History tab in the menu, select the task(s) you wish to cancel, and click cancel.
9. Click the blue icon next to Schedule to expand the scheduling settings, configure the timeand datefor the uninstall and set a number of days to allow the task to start if the computer comes online after the scheduled date.
11. Set the advanced options for the uninstall if required (Allow User to defer this taskhas been selected in this example).
