# Schedule an Install of Multiple Applications

## Before you Start

Make sure you have the following configured before you start:

* Faronics Deploy Agent Installed on the Computers you wish to install the applications on.
* App Preset(s) configured (See [Create App Preset](/faronicsdeploy/application-management/install-uninstall-and-update-apps/install-application-s/install-a-pre-defined-group-of-applications-app-presets/create-app-preset.md)).

## Schedule an Install of Multiple Applications on Multiple Computers

To push out multiple application installs to a group of computers, use the **App Presets** option in the **ACTION TOOLBAR** to create an **app preset** (See [Create an App Preset](/faronicsdeploy/application-management/install-uninstall-and-update-apps/install-application-s/install-a-pre-defined-group-of-applications-app-presets/create-app-preset.md)) and push it out immediately or schedule the deployment.

1\. Select the **Control Grid** tab on the top menu bar.

2\. Navigate to the **Applications** tab.

3\. Select the **Computer Name** header from the grid; the **ACTION TOOLBAR** will now appear.

4\. Click the **By Group** tab.

5\. Click the **SELECT ALL COMPUTERS.**

6\. Click the **INSTALL APP PRESETS** drop-down list.&#x20;

7\. Select an install app preset from the list (**Accounting Team** in this example).

8\. Click the **OPTIONS** button.

9\. Click the blue icon next to **Schedule** to expand the scheduling settings, configure the **time**<img src="/files/-MUPLQYJFtaJ6eX6Xydb" alt="" data-size="line">and **date**<img src="/files/-MUPLd5clJLt6gBGOCeV" alt="" data-size="line">for the install, and set a **number of days** <img src="/files/-MUPLq2ccYDXEfum7pIC" alt="" data-size="line"> to allow the task to start if the computer comes online after the scheduled date.&#x20;

10\. Set the conditions for the install if required.&#x20;

11\. Set the advanced options for the install if required (**Allow User to defer this task**<img src="/files/-MUPLQYJFtaJ6eX6Xydb" alt="" data-size="line">has been selected in this example).&#x20;

12\. Click the **SCHEDULE** button.

Multiple applications will now be scheduled to be installed on a group of computers.

To cancel a scheduled task, navigate to the Task History tab in the menu, select the task(s) you wish to cancel, and click cancel.
