# Request Assistance From a Deployment Specialist

To request assistance from a Deployment Specialist:

1\. Select the **Control Grid** tab on the top menu bar.

2\. Navigate to the **Applications** tab.

3\. Click on the **Custom Apps** drop-down menu. 

4\. Select **Create Custom App**. 

5\. Locate and click the **Talk to a Deployment Specialist link**.

6\. Fill out the Phone Number field.

7\. Enter your query in the box provided.

8\. Click **SUBMIT**.
