# Performing Updates On-Demand
## How to Update Applications On-Demand
This is a guide for updating applications instantly on-demand.
1\. Select the **Control Grid** tab on the top menu bar.
2\. Navigate to the **Applications** tab.
3\. Select the column header **Computer Name.** The ACTION TOOLBAR will now be displayed, either
4\. Choose individual computers using the drop-down, select the computer name(s)
from the **Select Computer Name** drop-down list
, then click **SELECT COMPUTERS** 
.
5\. Or Select **By Group,** then click **SELECT ALL COMPUTERS**.
6\. The **ACTION TOOLBAR** now appears; click the **UPDATE** **ALL** button in **Outdated Applications**.

All applications for the group that were outdated will now be updated.
