Organize Computers Using Inventory Data

A computer can be assigned to a group based on criteria in the Inventory section.
1. Select the Control Grid tab on the top menu bar.
2. Navigate to the Inventory tab.
3. Enable the View Search and Filter switch (blue is enabled).
Enter the filter criteria, LENOVO, in this example.
5. Select the Computer Name column header.
6. Click the SELECT ALL COMPUTERS button.
7. Click the Change Group drop-down menu and select a Group from the list.
8. Click the blue confirmation button to the right of the Change Group menu.
The Group will now be set for the selected computers.
4. Choose your filter type by clicking the search iconon one of the filter grids, then select an option from the drop-down menu, Contains, Does not Contain, Starts With, Ends With, Equals, Does not equal, or Reset.
