Add Computer(s) to a Group

Computers can be assigned to a group in a few different ways:

1. Assign a Computer to a Group via the Deploy Agent Download and Install.

2. Assign Computers to a Group After they Appear in the Dashboard.

3. Group Computers Using a Naming Convention.

4. Group Computers Based on Criteria in Inventory.

Before you Start

The initial install of Faronics Deploy provides a Default group. If you haven't already created any groups, see Create a Group for further information on how to do this.

Without creating groups, the only option will be to assign to the Default group, which is automatic anyway.
