Enabling Ticketing

To use the Ticketing feature, you will need to

  1. Enable Ticketing for Your Organization

  2. Enable Ticketing for Users

Once these have all been configured, you can proceed with creating/managing Tickets. See Ticket Actions for a full-featured guide.
