How to Configure your User Profile

Follow the steps below to Configure your User Profile:

2. Select User Profile from the drop-down menu.

Overview Configuration:

4. Make any changes to your User Name, Organization, Phone Number, Region, and Time Zone. Email is present, but this field cannot be changed.

5. Click the SAVE button

Accessibility Configuration:

6. Enable or Disable the Dark Mode switch; this will change the default setting.

7. Enable or Disable the Enhance Contrast with Textures setting, this is disabled by default, and the default setting uses solid colors to indicate statuses.

Options Configuration:

8. Enable or Disable Pagination for all the pages under the control grid. This is disabled by default.

  1. Enable Help and Tips – Select this option to enable/disable quick access to Deploy Docs. When enabled, click on the Need Help button at the bottom of the page or the Information icon within the Action Toolbar to call up the Deploy Docs help page.

  2. Receive Ticketing Alerts on Email – Select this option to receive notifications in email when tickets are created.

  3. Receive Fencing Alerts on Email – Select this option to receive notifications in email when devices enter or exit fence.

User Profile configuration is complete.
