Teachers can drag and drop documents, images, audio files, and video files to share or browse for files on Student computers.
By default, transferred files are saved on the Insight Files folder on the C: drive.
Select the Student computers to transfer the file to.
Click Share.
Click Transfer File to Students.
Select Open Files After Successful File Transfer.
If selected, the default application for the file type will be used to open the files on the selected Student computers after transfer is completed.
Select Override Destination Path In Class Settings.
If selected, files will be saved in the destination folder specified below and not the folder specified under File Transfer Location.
Specify the destination folder on the Student computer.
Drag a file into the box or click the Upload button and select a file/folder to be sent.
Teachers can send multiple files by dragging files into the box. Note that files must be from the same folder, and only allowed files will be added.
Click Send.
The file will be saved in the designated folder on the Student computers.
