Get File from Students

Teachers can also retrieve files from Student computers.

Select Get File from Students

1. Select from which Student computers to retrieve the file.

2. Click Share.

3. Click Get Files from Students.

4. Specify the source folder on the Student computer, the files to be collected, and the destination folder on the Teacher's computer.

   • Enable the option Remove the Files That are Collected from the Student Computer if preferred. When enabled, this will remove the files from the Student computer after the transfer has been completed.

   Note: You will need to manually type the file name, including the file name extension.

5. Enter a destination path on the Teacher's computer to receive the file.

   • Enable the option Overwrite Destination File(s) (on Teacher Computer) if They Already Exist if preferred. When enabled, this will download and overwrite files with the same name on the destination folder.

6. Click Collect.

The Status column displays whether the file transfer has been successful or not.
