Remote Access a Student's Computer
The Remote function allows a Teacher to provide one-to-one assistance to Students without pausing the lesson or disrupting the rest of the class, by taking control of the Student's computer.
Select a Student computer to be accessed.
Click Remote.
The Student's computer screen will now appear on the Teacher's computer.
Remote Control can only be performed on Windows and Mac computers, and on one computer at a time.
If the Remote session fails to connect, click the Retry button at the top of the screen.
The Teacher has now gained Remote Access to the Student's computer. See Remote Actions for a guide on the actions available when remotely accessing a computer.
