Share My Screen

This option shares the Teacher screen to all or select Students, allowing them to follow along. When this option is enabled, the Teacher console will be minimized.

If there are no Students selected, the Teacher screen will be shared with All Students in the class.

When the Teacher console is minimized, Teachers can make annotations on the Teacher screen in the process of screen sharing. To stop sharing screen, click the Stop icon.

Teachers have the option to pull up the Teacher console while sharing their screen. To stop sharing screen when the Teacher console is up, click Stop Screen Share, or click Share, then click Stop.

Sharing the Teacher's Screen with a Student

1. Select the Student computer(s) to share the Teacher's screen with.

2. Click Share.

3. Click Start next to the Share My Screen option.

4. Click Confirm.

On the Teacher screen, the Teacher can make annotations by clicking , or stop sharing the Teacher screen by clicking .
