Banned Word Alert
Teachers can specify a list of banned words that will trigger an alert if typed by a Student, as well as enable collecting screenshots of Student computers when a banned word is detected.
Click Banned Word Alert from the left-hand menu.
Select Notify me if a student types any of the following words.
Specify the list of banned words separated by a comma in the box provided.
Select Capture a screenshot when Student types a banned word if preferred.
Click Save or Save and Apply.
