Teachers have the option to block all applications, block only specified applications, or allow only specified applications. They can also choose to minimize applications instead of closing. All of the above can be configured via Settings.
Configuring settings for the Block Applications function will automatically force Student computers to enter Focus mode after they have been applied to the class.
Students that are in Focus mode will be displayed on the Teacher console with a red frame around the thumbnail.
Teachers can temporarily remove any restrictions on Student computers through the Focus button and selecting Stop next to the Applications option.
Click Block Applications from the left-hand menu.
