# Banned Word Alert

Teachers can specify a list of banned words that will trigger an alert if typed by a Student, as well as enable collecting screenshots of Student computers when a banned word is detected.

1. Click *Banned Word Alert* from the left-hand menu.
2. Select *Notify me if a student types any of the following words.*
3. Specify the list of banned words separated by a comma in the box provided.
4. Select *Capture a screenshot when Student types a banned word* if preferred.
5. Click *Save* or *Save and Apply*.
