No problem. We just need to create a Faronics Remote policy and install the Cloud Agent on the computers you want to remote control.

Policies

1. Create a new policy for 'Faronics Remote Windows' .

   1. Navigate to 'Policies' and click on the 'Add Policy' drop-down.

   
2. Enable 'Remote Pro', 'RDP', and 'VNC' as you like.

   1. VNC requires you to set an 8-digit password.

   
3. Name the policy (for example: 'Faronics Remote') and click 'Save'.

Installation

1. Install Cloud Agent from the Home page.

   1. Click on the 'Install Cloud Agent' button on the Home page.

   
2. Select the policy you have created from the drop-down list and pick the best install option that meets your needs.

   
3. Note: After the initial agent installation is complete, the Faronics Remote service will be installed a few minutes later in the background and will require a restart of the computer.
