Applications

27073 In certain scenarios, app installation fails with 'Failed to locate registry' message in Software Updater logs.

27242 On Windows 7: Reason for failure is not displayed on the console when 'Drive File Stream (Google)' installation fails due to required Windows Update.

27330 When failing to install x64.exe apps on 32-bit computers, Failed status does not show for selected apps.

27431 After installing Cache Server, the system tray icon is not displayed until next reboot.

27741 Unable to uninstall apps when Fusion360, GOM, or Media Monkey apps are selected with other apps for uninstallation.

27847 If script type is incorrect, there is no error message displayed and the console displays status as script executed.

27870 CacheServer.msi, logs, and MST files remains on computers even after Cache Server has been uninstalled from computers.

28182 Some apps shortcuts are not removed from the desktop after the app has been uninstalled from Deploy console.

33347 For Mac Applications: Outdated Apps store applications are not updated during scheduled maintenance period even when 'Automatically Update all App Store apps' is enabled in the policy.

33414 App install/uninstall task fails on computer, but task status is displayed as 'Completed' in the Task History page.

37017 Issues with custom application version status, such as the version disappearing from the grid, or the updated version not being reflected immediately after the custom app has been updated.

OS Deployment

29490 Image Deployment failed on computers that had GPT style partition HDD converted to Dynamic Disk.

29549 Incorrect OS name is displayed on 'View Patch History’ page.

30213 Error message for Deployment Utility contains garbage strings when incorrect Active Directory User credentials are provided.

30223 Some messages in the 'User Account Information' dialog page are not localized for non-English computers.

30224 'User Account Information' dialog page sometimes becomes unresponsive after clicking the 'Install' button.

30338 Unable to select multiple deployment packages while enabling PXE Boot mode on console.

30342 Sysprep fails during Capture Image but task remains active until timeout on console.

30344 OS deployment fails if PXE Boot mode is enabled and the image associated with the Deployment Package is deleted from the Imaging Server.

30403 If deploying OS through PXE Boot on a computer that has Deploy Agent, the Group is updated

Windows Updates

29952 Some Windows Updates do not get installed on computers and there are no buttons available in the console to approve those updates.

33484 Some 'Install Failed' patches are not reflected correctly in 'Failed Windows Updates' grid.

33517 'Deferred' and 'Install Failed' updates count is not reflected properly under 'Pending Installation' column in Pending Windows Updates grid.

34737 Multiple notification messages are displayed for Windows Updates 'Install All Updates' task.

39960 After a computer with 'Reboot Pending' task is forced shut down and restarted, the 'Reboot Required' message is still displayed on the computer.

39962 In particular condition, Windows Update is not started on computers in Maintenance mode.

42733 After enabling 'Hide Denied Updates', the Total Pending Updates column is displaying incorrect count.

43035 Pending driver updates count are being displayed on Windows Updates page even if the 'Manage driver updates' option is disabled in the assigned policy.

Anti-Virus

31544 When 'Use for Anti-Virus Definitions Updates' has already been disabled, 'Use Anti-Virus Cache Server' checkbox remains checked (but read only) and Anti-Virus still checks definitions on cache server.

31591 Under 'Trusted Zones', IP addresses accept values below '1' and above '223'.

31595 Console and email alerts for viruses are not generated if viruses were deleted (not quarantined) from computers.

31597 'Use Anti-Virus Cache Server' option does not get disabled in policy if cache server is uninstalled without unchecking Anti-Virus cache option.

31599 When checking/unchecking the option 'Use for Anti-Virus Definitions Updates' in the Action Toolbar, the checkbox does not get updated until the page is refreshed.

31609 Under 'Setup VNC' page, status is displayed as 'Waiting' even if VNC setup has been installed on the computer.

31642 Timestamps for disabled Firewall and Active Protection email alerts do not show correct Daylight Savings Time.

37026 After the OS Deployment is completed with Anti-Virus Policy, the computer reboots without any warning or confirmation message.

General

27328 Computers connected with LAN/WiFi are displayed in duplicates on the console under certain scenarios.

27377 Windows 7 computers connected via proxy are always displayed offline on Faronics Deploy Console.

27381 After uninstalling and reinstalling Deploy Agent on cache-enabled computer, cache server indication mark is removed.

Analytics

27447 Computer time is not displayed in all applicable Analytics tab.

27616 Sometimes, 'Total Usage' record for computers is not displayed under 'Total Usage' column in 'Computer Usage' tab.

27819 Incorrect Status is displayed in Action Column under Application Update Status tab.

27898 Sometimes application usage is not displayed correctly under Application Usage report.

27919 Incorrect date (12/31/1900) is displayed in 'Logout Time' Column when Computer Usage report is exported to CSV format.

User Management

27534 In certain conditions for Admin users, not all assigned sites are displayed in the Action Toolbar.

31471 Mac computers are not being displayed for Deploy User with Remote Support permission.

36513 Changes to settings made by the logged in Administrator for another Administrator are not saved when the other Administrator has access to sites that the logged in Administrator does not have.

Remote

27680 When using Firefox browser, 'FRCClient.exe' is downloaded every time when trying to connect to the computer remotely.

27730 When using Firefox browser, unable to connect multiple remote connections.

28024 Unable to use 'Start Windows key' in remote session when the computer is accessed remotely.

28442 Remote connection gets disconnected within a minute if Windows Defender protection is enabled on computer.

29164 If VNC has been installed before module update, and the module has been updated, connecting to VNC after the module update fails and authentication is rejected.

29199 VNC connection fails with 'Connection failed - Invalid protocol' error message until modules are updated on computers.

29535 Remote connection gets disconnected after around 30 seconds if accessing computer remotely and not logging in.

30413 For Mac computers: Black screen showing during Remote VNC connection on random Mac systems.

Remote Pro

44352 Cannot log in to Server OS due to being unable to send CTRL+ALT+DEL action to remote computer during remote session.

44384 Remote Pro failed to connect to computers that are using proxy internet connection.

44452 Sometimes Remote Pro would not get installed when using the Full Installer even if Remote Pro is enabled in the policy.

44497 "Remote Pro" column is displayed on Diagnostics page even if Remote Pro contract is not added.

Deploy Diagnostics

30025 Cache Server status is not updated if Cache Server service is stopped or disabled on the computer.

30034 Error message is not displayed when trying to select a computer while OS Deployment task is in progress.

Deploy Agent

31782 Computer is not displayed as offline in Faronics Deploy when the machine goes to Sleep.

36968 Windows 7 and Server 2008 do not report to Console if Deploy Agent is installed using MSI installer.

41895 After uninstalling Faronics Deploy Agent from a computer, the 'Remote Desktop' options are not restored to original settings and locked. (Case No. GTM-219-50774)

Configuration

33274 Apply configuration task failure status is not updated if PowerShell version is not supported on computer.

36474 'Permit User to Modify Wallpaper' option is set to 'Yes', however, user is not able to change the wallpaper on the computer.

Active Directory

33255 Active Directory connector failed to communicate with server when using proxy server to connect to the Internet.

33291 Failed Active Directory connector installation is displayed 'Failed' under Recent Activity, but is displayed as 'Completed' in Task History.

33292 Active Directory connector installation task entry is duplicated with a new entry for same computer under Recent Activity.

Scheduled Tasks

35998 When using the parameter 'Equals or Does Not Equal', Scheduled tasks with strings containing comma are not executed.

36021 'Reboot Required' message boxes are displayed after each completed task, resulting in multiple messages displayed on the computer.

36020 Under Task History, Recent Activity tab shows incorrect data for tasks queued for offline computers.

36007 Failed status for scheduled task for Application Installation does not get updated properly on the console.

44045 When selecting existing preset 'Schedule Task' settings, the 'Schedule' and 'Conditions' settings are not applied in schedule task (for One Time or Recurring).

44084 In certain conditions, after a computer was removed from the console, scheduled tasks are still being executed on the computer.

MDM

45124 Some iOS apps are displayed as outdated versions even after being updated to the latest version.

44568 'Set Up MDM' and 'MDM Setup' popup windows overlap each other when there are no devices enrolled.

45548 MDM Lite: Device is still displayed on the console even after MDM Lite App has been uninstalled from the device.

45632 Device location is not being updated in the console even if location is updated in MDM App in some conditions.

45686 In certain conditions, 'Remove Device' dialog is launched for limited admin user for Lite devices.

45727 'Carrier Name' information is not updated on the console even when the device has a SIM card.
