# Record Teacher Console

This feature enables Teachers to record activities and interactions that occur on the Teacher console during a class session. When recording, all actions within the viewable area of the Teacher Console will be recorded. Any student thumbnails outside the viewable area will not be recorded.

1. Click *Classrooms*.
2. Click *Record Teacher Console*.&#x20;
3. Click *OK*.

### Teacher View

Once recording has started, the recording bar is displayed at the top left of the console while recording.

### Student View

Once recording has started, the recording bar is displayed at the bottom of the screen while recording. Students can move the recording bar by clicking on the bar and dragging the bar to anywhere on the screen.&#x20;

Students can also choose to hide the recording bar by clicking *Hide*. Note that once the recording bar is hidden, it cannot be unhidden.
