# Configurações de firewall e Insight

O Faronics Insight 11 usa o protocolo WebSocket na porta 8888/8889/8890 para comunicação entre máquinas de Aluno e Professor. Todo o tráfego é criptografado para garantir a segurança dos dados transmitidos entre o Aluno e o Professor.

Ao controlar diretamente um computador de Aluno, uma conexão entre Professor e Aluno é realizada em uma porta selecionada aleatoriamente entre 10.000 e 20.000.

Os programas de instalação do Insight criarão regras de firewall apropriadas no Windows Defender Firewall integrado no Windows para permitir que o aplicativo funcione corretamente. Pode ser necessário configurar regras em firewalls de terceiros para permitir que os clientes se conectem corretamente e sejam controlados pelo Insight Teacher.
