# Installer Insight Connector

Insight Connector est pris en charge sur Windows 8 o superior, macOS 10.13 o superior 11 et Windows Server 2019 o superior.

Insight Connector doit être installé sur un système qui n'exécute pas l'application Insight Student ou Insight Teacher.

Il est recommandé que le système client exécutant Insight Connector soit configuré avec une IP statique.

Le processus d'installation nécessite que l'application *InsightInstallerConnector.exe* (pour Windows) ou *InsightConnector.pkg* (pour Mac) soit exécutée sur le système avec des droits d'administration. Aucune configuration n'est requise et un simple message de confirmation s'affiche lorsque l'installation est terminée.

Une fois l'installation terminée, notez l'adresse IP et le FQDN ou le nom d'hôte de l'ordinateur exécutant Insight Connector. Ces informations seront nécessaires pour configurer correctement les systèmes exécutant les applications Insight Student et Teacher.

Veuillez noter qu'une fois installé, Insight Connector s'exécute en arrière-plan sans icône d'état sur la machine hôte.

Insight Connector sera exécuté sur une machine connectée via une connexion réseau sans fil. Cependant, nous ne recommandons pas d'utiliser une machine avec une connexion sans fil pour héberger Insight Connector.
