# 支持的环境

Faronics Insight 兼容 Windows、Mac、Chromebook、iOS 和 Android 操作系统和设备。教师可以使用 Windows 或 Mac，在所有支持的操作系统上管理学生。

### **教师控制台要求**

教师控制台通过提供每个学生屏幕的实时视图，以及教师管理其课堂和学生所需的工具，使教师能够一目了然地查看学生的当前活动。

每台教师设备上都必须安装 Insight Teacher 控制台软件。支持的设备操作系统包括：

* 64 位 Windows 8.1、10、11
* macOS 10.13 或更高版本（基于 Apple Silicon 和 Intel 架构）

### **学生设备要求**

学生设备是指运行受支持的操作系统并已安装 Insight Student Agent 代理的设备（计算机、笔记本电脑、移动设备），其中的 Insight Student Agent 代理使教师能够有效地与学生互动，并营造可控/安全的数字环境以促进学生参与。

每台学生设备上都必须安装 Insight Student Agent 代理。支持的设备操作系统和浏览器包括：

* 64 位 Windows 8.1、10、11
* macOS 10.13 或更高版本（基于 Apple Silicon 和 Intel 架构
* 浏览器：Chrome 谷歌浏览器、Firefox 火狐浏览器 (仅限 Windows)、Safari（有限功能）、Microsoft Edge Chromium
* 移动设备：iOS 15 或更高版本、Android 7 或更高版本、Chromebook Chrome OS 49 或更高版本

### Insight Connector 要求

Insight Connector 充当代理，以便位于不同 VLAN 或子网上的教师和学生计算机能够通信。

安装 Insight Connector 的计算机必须存在于可供所有教师和学生计算机访问的网络中（位于同一网络中），并充当学生和教师之间的服务器或中介**。**

建议将 Insight Connector 安装在始终处于联机状态的计算机上。

支持的设备操作系统包括：

* 64 位 Windows 8.1、10、11
* macOS 10.13 或更高版本（基于 Apple Silicon 和 Intel 架构）
