Green – Green sidebar indicates installed apps on the computers are all up-to-date.
Orange – Orange sidebar indicates some versions of the installed app on the computers are outdated.
Blue – Blue sidebar indicates apps are in the process of downloading and/or installation.
Gray – Gray sidebar indicates computers are offline.
Red – Red sidebar indicates the computers are on Defer Windows Updates status.
